A gentle flow which includes pranayama (kapalbhati), spinal warm ups, low lunges with chest openers, side plank, high lunges with chest opener, trikonasana, wide legged forward fold, squat, seated forward fold, half seated happy baby (with optional arm balance) , spinal twists, nadi shodana & meditation.
All of this to invite balance between both sides of our brain & to bring equilibrium between solar & lunar sides.
